WHAT TIME OF YEAR SHOULD I VISIT?

With over 300 days of sunshine, the best part about visiting LA is the great weather all year round! ☀️

March to May and September to November there are less crowds and milder temps, but a heads up – that won’t make a difference when it comes to traffic on the highway. 🙈

Best ways to get around LA?

Ubers are uber cheap if you just want to stay in the LA area! When I visit friends for a short weekend and just want to go back and forth from West Hollywood to Venice Beach, I just count on uber or lyft.

Renting a car is my favorite to experience Los Angeles! Roll the windows down and turn the music up, as you enjoy total freedom and control of your adventure. Plus it isn’t too expensive when you split the cost with friends & wayyyy better for traveling longer distances – especially with destinations like Malibu, Disneyland, Orange County, Palm Springs, or San Diego.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Tucked just around the corner from everywhere you want to be, this little urban oasis will make you feel like a Los Angeles local.

The Garland Hotel is a charming getaway with a retro-vibe, perfect for families and big friend groups ready for some poolside fun. With a complimentary trolly to Universal Studios and string light outdoor dining at The Front Yard Restaurant all on property, you will have everything you need if you just want to to have a chill day at the hotel in between touring around LA.
