The month of love is upon us and for all of you single ladies like me, there is nothing like a fun daytime activity to substitute a night out on the town.

Winter’s cheeky sense of humor blows gusts of wind up our skirts and a light layer can be a comfortable way to get into the Valentine’s Day spirit.

Bouquet Break

Grab a friend and pop by your local Whole Foods to peruse the tulip section. For a quick lunch break from the office, admire the arrangements and treat yourself to a white rose bouquet that will remind you that life’s beautiful and you deserve to treat yo’ self sometimes… self love is love. 

Honey, I miss you Letter

Although receiving love warms the heart, giving it is important and can be just as rewarding. Maybe pop by Paper Source and pick up a witty card for Mom or your sister from another mister and tell them how you were thinking about them on the big Feb 14. Slip in tea and a small honey packet for an extra thoughtful touch, just because they are so sweet. 

Flame & a Feast

Try a fun restaurant that has a fire element for a memorable meal. An outdoor fire pit, heat lamps, wall melted candles… can all be a subtle touch to warm you up this V-Day.
