Recipe: Rice Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies with just Two Ingredients!

There is nothing like biting into a warm cookie and getting a little flaky crunch. I’ve been enjoying this Christmas tradition since I was a little girl and my Grammie made this with pretzels added too! I like to keep things simple when gifting these in a jar with a bow to our neighbors or baking them for Christmas Eve, so I thought I would share a recipe that is very close to my heart. A simple twist to the classic chocolate chip cookie, head one aisle over to the cereal and grab a box of Rice Krispies to warm the hearts of your family and mix things up this holiday season.

Cookies have never loved me in the baking world, but I’m so down to try this! TY for such a simple recipe. Fingers crossed I don’t over bake them.

Enjoy! With the overbaking, I think of a tip I learned in middle school home ec class — you can always add time but you can never take away time. Put them in for less time than you think, then check them. You can always put them back in the oven if they look a little underdone.
