Recipe: Pineapple Spinach + Dairy Free Yogurt Breakfast Smoothie

Happy 2020 all! With a new decade beginning comes new inspiration to live a healthy well balanced lifestyle. I’ve personally been dairy-free for a few months and have been playing with dairy alternatives that give me energy and taste yummy.

My newest craze is blending up a spinach smoothie before morning errands or a workout. It’s filling, energizing, and is full of nutrient rich fresh ingredients. But my secret to making a smoothie I want to enjoy week after week is blending in a container of Kite Hill Almond Milk Yogurt.

PINEAPPLE SPINACH + DAIRY FREE YOGURT

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGRIEDIENTS:

2 cups spinach

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp flax seed

1 peeled orange

1 Kite Hill Almond Milk Yogurt Cup

1/2 cup pineapple

1/2 cup almond milk

METHOD:

Put all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.

I personally put in the frozen banana first, liquids, the rest of the ingredients, and spinach last.

Blend until smooth, then pour & enjoy every sip!
