TABLE DECOR

This floral arrangement reminds me of Easter. With the cotton candy nude pink, Easter egg yellow and a bright pop of orange! The perfect setting to host family, friends, and have talks full of joy and laughter! I chose gold as my accent color because of the undertones of the bright orange and pastel yellow. The gold on the utensils adds the extra pop I need to complete my plate setting for each individual guest. I also printed name cards in the pastel pink color with each guest’s name. This pop of color was to make certain the name would be seen by all and what a fun conversation starter! Getting to sit by someone new or catch up with an old friend, it’s an old party trick I love to use when bringing guests into my home.

Types of flowers used in this arrangement:

  • Carnation
  • Lily
  • Daffodil
  • Ranunculus

TABLE DECOR

This pop of pink is perfect for a girl’s brunch or to share with your mother on her special holiday this year! The contrast of the pinks and reds with the blue table cloth is so important. Why? Since these colors are on opposite sides of the color wheel it shows a high contrast between the two, making the colors appear more prominent! When designing the additional items that will surround the centerpieces, I like to think about the color contrast. There is no harsh white in our palette, so I would not place a bright white plate to take away from the flowers. This is why I chose blush pink! A great contrast for the tablecloth and it pairs so nicely with the gorgeous textured napkin and flower accent! The translucent pink glassware is a favorite of mine and also adds a luxurious element to the setting. For each place setting you have to decide – gold or silver flatware. For this setting, gold fit perfectly! I added a few other gold accents in the taper candle holders and votives.

Types of flowers used in this arrangement:

  • Rose
  • Dahlia
  • Gypsophila
  • Iris
  • Baby Breath

TABLE DECOR

The colors of this floral arrangement remind me of a garden! This decor would be perfect for an outdoor garden party with string bubble lights, cushions, pillows, and all things color! For this table setting, I daydream about all of my girlfriends sitting together, catching up, and planning for the new season! Nothing says spring like fruit, charcuterie boards, and delicious sandwiches on a table! This arrangement deserves to be surrounded by finger foods for everyone to snack on. Bright blueberries, oranges, peaches, strawberries, and pineapples are just a few delicious fruits to match! (Fresh fruit was certainly a pregnancy craving for me – anything sweet and tart!)

Types of flowers used in this arrangement:

  • Roses
  • Ranunculus
  • Carnation

When guests leave my spring parties I want them to go home dreaming of my floral arrangements and re-creating it for their parties! I think this is the perfect hobby to pick up during spring! I can not wait to try out new colors for all types of parties and guests!

My favorite places to buy fresh flowers:

  • Whole Foods
  • Trader Joes
  • Local Grocery store
  • Your local flower store (you can usually find some on social media)

I can not wait to see what floral arrangements you all come up with! My personal inspiration for these flowers have come from a floral design & event styling company @stemsofatx. They are based in Austin, TX and they design for weddings, events and even have local flower delivery!
