Our Travel Photo Album By Mixbook

Summer is almost coming to an end, which means we’ve taken a lot of pictures. 

Looking through my phone’s “album” I have so many little moments, but I have to scroll through the forrest of screen shots and blooper images before I discover the memory I’m looking for – like our trip earlier this year to Europe. 

Capturing memories is easy, but organizing them feels like a lot of work. That’s why I decided to share… 

Five Tips for Making the Perfect Photo Book 

1.Habit – Make a habit of deleting images you don’t like & “favoriting” one’s you do.

This will make selecting images for your future book – simple and fun! 

2. Organize – Create a folder on your computer desktop with all the images you want to include. 

You’ll be able to upload the images all at once to ensure no picture gets left behind. 😉

3. Design – Pre-designed photo templates elevate your photo book to the next level.

I chose Mixbook’s Modern Travels Template under their Travel Photo Book section. 

4. Highlight – Make sure you select your favorite images for the front & back cover!

These eye catching images will make your friends and family want to flip through it and hear your stories.

With layouts you’ll be able to feature some images bigger on the page than others – place your favorites in those spots. 

5. Frequency – You take all of these stunning pictures, printing them in a book

will take away the worry of possibly losing them one day. 

 I’m trying to make a habit of creating hard cover photo books once a summer or after a big trip. 

Nick had no idea I put photos from our trip together into this memory book.

Decided to make it a little surprise – and he loved it!
